    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Refund Policy:

      • If you cancel your enrollment within the 7-day cancellation period, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable transaction fees.
      • After the 7-day cancellation period, we do not offer refunds for online courses or programs, as you have had access to the materials.

      • If you cancel or reschedule your consultation or appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
      • If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit the appointment fee.
